Women's Leadership Forum

The leadership journey is experienced differently by women. Because of this, they also need different training and support.

This Women-only Forum allows women to explore their leadership identity and discuss issues unique to them, such as barriers to advancement and access to other peers with similar experiences. It allows women to build skills in areas where they often feel uncomfortable and at a disadvantage, like how to self-promote or say "no" or how to have a courageous conversation.

This program offers a peer-to-peer advisory group that meets once a month. Here, you will find a safe, supportive, and highly confidential space to share your issues and challenges. The Forum includes women who agree to support each other by giving feedback on business issues, advice on business and life challenges, accountability for goals and ideas, as well as a "gentle push" when needed for accountability and growth. Space is limited to 8 women.

Each 3-hour session includes check-in/update, professional development (e.g., tools for more effective leadership), and a participant case study/challenge to receive insight/alternative solutions or recommended actions.

For the past six years, I have been leading senior executives at various organizations through training that not only helps them be more effective leaders but better people.
